We are currently seeking a dependable Transportation & Appointment Support Staff person to provide safe and supportive transportation services for our clients.

Job Duties Include:

 • Transport clients to and from Day Hab

 • Transport clients to medical and community appointments

 • Remain with clients during appointments to provide assistance and support as needed

Requirements:

 • Valid driver’s license

 • Clean driving record

 • Reliable, patient, and professional

 • Ability to communicate clearly with staff and medical providers
